I’ve purchased Ryokko Aojiru by phone or at the event before. Do I still need to register my personal information?

The first time users are required to register their personal information.

Is it safe to input my personal information online?

Your information is absolutely protected by Secure Socket Layer technology during registration and/or purchase through online.

My address has been changed. Can I update my personal information?

Customers are able to change their registered information including phone number and email address. To change the registered information, click ‘Change Billing Info’ at the check-out.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password, please follow the directions. Check-out and go to ‘Member Login’ page. Type in your email that you have previously registered. Password will be sent to your email momentarily. ID and password are very important to protect your privacy. Please protect your password in order to prevent from any online thefts.

Ordering and Shipping Information

How long does it take to receive the confirmation email after the order?

Confirmation email will be sent immediately to your email after completing the order. Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of the order. For CA residents, item(s) will be delivered 1-2 business days by UPS Ground after the order process. Other state residents will receive the item(s) within 3-5 business days by Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

What happens if no one is at home at the time of the delivery?

UPS Ground and Priority Mail Service will leave a notice if no one was home at the time of the delivery. Please contact the UPS Ground and US Postal Service to re-arrange another delivery schedule or pick up the item(s) at the designated office.

I will not be at home during the day time. Can I arrange the delivery at night?

Primarily, customers will not be able to arrange the time of delivery.

I will be out of town for few days. Can I arrange the delivery date for those days?

Delivery schedule may be different due to any circumstances. If you know that you will be out of town, please inform us with specific delivery date you want. If not, the item(s) will be sent at the earliest (no delivery on the weekends and holidays).

How can I pay?

We accept VISA, Master Cards, American Express, Discover, and ATM cards. If you prefer other payment methods (personal checks, cash, etc) rather than credit cards, please contact us by phone.

How do I send the item(s) as a gift?

If you would like to send the items(s) as a gift for your family, friends, etc, please click ‘Gift Order’ at the Checkout Form page. The receipt will be sent to you and the item(s) will be sent to the address you provide.

What is different about Ryokko Aojiru from others?

The main ingredient of Ryokko Aojiru is young barley grass, which contains abundance of insoluble dietary fiber, minerals and other nutrients. After pulverizing young barley grass, water- soluble dietary fiber, lactic bacteria, and oligosaccharide are added. This combination called “Golden Balance” is Ryokko Aojiru’s patented prescription. This powdered food supplement is very easy to drink.

How many packets come in each box? How long does it last and what is the price?

There are 90 packets (3.3 grams per pack) in each box. If you take three packets a day, one box will last about a month. Do I have to drink certain amount of Ryokko Aojiru every day?

No. There is no set amount to drink because Ryokko Aojiru is a food supplement and may be consumed according to your daily eating habits. As a standard, you can supplement your daily nutrition with 2-3 packets a day. You can also drink even more if you are worried about not ingesting enough vegetables, dietary fiber, and calcium in your daily diet. You can adjust the amount according to your own eating habits and physical condition.

How am I supposed to drink the powder?

It can be mixed with water (hot or cold), milk, or any other beverages. It may also be consumed with food such as yogurt, ice cream, etc.

Do I have to keep it refrigerated? What is the expiration date?

No. Ryokko Aojiru should be kept in a room temperature such as in a pantry, and out of direct sun light. An expiration date is indicated on each box.

Is there any way that children can enjoy Ryokko Aojiru?

Yes. Since Ryokko Aojiru is powdered form, you can use it in a variety of dishes. Simply dissolve Aojiru into milk or juice. Or it would be a great treat for children in pancake mix or in yogurt.

Is it safe to drink Ryokko Aojiru during pregnancy?

No problems! You do have to be careful with your daily diet during this special time. Because it contains well-balanced nutrients, we especially recommend taking Ryokko Aojiru into your daily eating habit during pregnancy.
